Who is he?:
Arther, or Artie as he likes, is the second player of Arthur Kirkland, also known as England. Though the two of them both represent England on both sides of their worlds, Arthur refuses to acknowledge Artie his equal and even calls him Oliver so to not be classes with the other English man. Artie though refuses the name Oliver and continues to bother his counterpart 'playfully'.
Appearance:
Artie is well known for his rather bright colored clothes, usually pinks, purples, whites, and bright blue/turquoise. Though he is mostly known for the rather strange pinkish-blond hair of his and his swirling bright eyes consisting of turquoise and pink. Though only one person knows that Artie's hair and eyes weren't always that color.
Though he is usually seen in a white shirt with a pink vest and light brown slacks, he often wears a lot of other arrangements of clothes and even has a rather large walk in closet for all his outfits.
Personality:
Despite what a lot of people think, Artie is a very kind and sweet man. It is true though, unlike his counterpart Arthur, Artie is a very cheerful man, always smiling and singing to himself and being friendly to everyone he meets. He even knows how to bake and wises to share all his sweets with everyone and anyone.
In comparison to Arthur, Artie absolutely dislikes others swearing in his presence, owning a swear jar at home, though after Al broke it, there is now a cupcake bank in its place. He will ask anyone who swears to compensate for the foul language, and if no one does, he will not let them off so easily.
Despite being very cheerful and kind-hearted, Artie has grown on the darker side of his counterpart's world, therefore he has some moments of going a little 'insane' but has worked very hard to change because of false rumors of him killing people and adding them to his baking only because he threatened to do so. He never has and never would do that. Regardless, it is best never to make the Brit angry in anyway, he may not kill you but you won't be leaving without a form of punishment.
Truths and Lies
Artie does work with potions and knows a great deal of poisons.
Does he use them on people?
Yes and no. Artie has never killed anyone with his potions but he has put someone to sleep, made them live through their greatest fears, feel like they were dying, etc. No one has ever died by what he has put inside them. Though it is not safe to say if anyone has never been killed while under the potion's influence.
Does Artie ever not smile?
Of course he does. Artie is a very emotional person, though he hides his feelings rather well at times behind that rather large smile of his. Artie frowns only sometimes in front of people who upset him and will whine about being called a murderer. Alone, he will cry and in the past he has cut himself because of all the teasing he got and he has even tried to cut out all his freckles from his body at one time.
Does Artie drink and is he a mean drunk?
No, Artie doesn't drink much and when he does he usually doesn't get drunk. Though there was one occasion he has but that just seemed to make him more hyper and bake more.
Does Artie like or dislike his 1P?
Artie loves Arthur. They had a very ruff start at first but all Artie ever wanted was to be Arthur's friend, like a brother. Who better to be friends with, who can understand you, because went through the exact same thing? Arthur means a lot to Artie whether it shows some days or not and no matter how much in the past they tried to kill each other. Artie holds Arthur very close to him.
So I said to myself, there are more sweeter things in life than what I have found thus far. Maybe I'm not looking hard enough. Shall I start with you? How sweet can you be poppet?
